[note] free film recommendation

If you haven’t already seen it I recomend downlaoding Zeitgeist off the internet

Its one of those ‘we live in a system of lies’ style documentaries but it brillaintly ties everything together and unlike many of these films it gives instructions on how we can bring about change and what forn that change could take.

PS its on youtube as well but i hear the torrent version is more up to date and the youtube one is in 13 pieces

    Also be sure to check out Zeitgeist: Addendum, the sequel to the first Zeitgeist movie. I personally liked it better, even though the first movie was pretty good.

    LG I love your cartoons, but I have to say you are an idiot for liking this film. It’s a humourless, alarmist, misinformed load of tosh. I find it weird that otherwise intelligent people are drawn to it, and that they feel compelled to virally market it to everyone they know. Yarg!

    I have seen and read many many things which explain things exactly the same way - i just thought this rounded it up pretty nicely.

    Alarmist? Jees so the economy isn’t collapsing & wars aren’t started to gain control of oil & organised religion hasn’t caused more bloodshed than anything else? What silly notions this film presents.

    …also there is nothing weird about people wanting to market a film that strikes them very deeply as the truth. I think it really got a lot of people (myself included) as it sums up so many thoughts and feelings that one would find difficult to put into words.

    I appreciate your right to disagree, but I think a lot of the anti-Zeitgeist feeling just come from thinking its cool to dislike something that everyone seems to like. Unless you were to provide a film that as accurately puts across theories to the contrary I have to put your comments down playing devils advocate.
