Wow, I use Illustrator for work on a semi-regular basis, but I’ve never thought to use it for non-work (i.e. FUN) projects. I think I might even understand layers now, bonus!
Thank you for this. I love your illustration of the layers.
I sold my ex-girlfriends WACOM on ebay…
what? she had left it at my house for 10 months… obviously she didnt want it anymore. she owed me money anyway…
I’m not sure I agree with that Harvey! My wacom went unused for months before I actually got round to using it - now I use it for everything!
I’m sure all that stuff is technically correct etc, etc but as a non techie is all gobbledigook bollocks
Nice check it for u ideas:

Awesome. Love to learn about the workflow details of artists whose work I admire.
Awesome guidance. Love it. I bought the Wacom Bamboo Tablet when you had it posted on your blog via Amazon. It’s really great! Just haven’t gotten around to working it with colors yet. Used it so far just for business to sign documents, and to send friends freakish drawings to their emails accounts at their jobs - I know they’re pretending to work anyway.
What music do you listen to when blogging? I love the energy of your drawings. (I’m asking because I just fell out of love with a band - brokenhearted now, really - looking into getting some more new music to work with).
