Hey, you've been boing-boinged! Just wanted you to know this happened to me too. I invited about 20 people to a housewarming party and nobody showed up. I was seriously bummed -- hurt, angry, the works. But it forced me to realize a few things about myself that I hadn't seen before, and I made a major attitude shift that really changed my life. Not that you need to do that. I'm just saying I feel for you; I've been there. Have a good Christmas.

    what were the rare Bill's?

I would have come to this party.

This reminds me of when I was a kid, and I decided to have the church youth group over to my house for a function. I would show them a good time -- Country-time lemonade and a checker's tournament! 3 kids came. 2 of them were the sad, mentally-challenged kids that jesus told us to accept, but as a teenager with shaky social stature myself -- was probably less than happy to see.

Yes, what were the rare Bills? Was one of them 'The Razor's Edge'? Loved that one.

I would definitely have attended that party, even if i didnt like the host! If that was the case I would be polite but really just go to watch the Bill-ness. So presumably the people you invited either had genuinely good reasons, or just aren't cool enough to feel the pull of the Bill-ness. maybe? perhaps? magh.

    :-D
